Finally finished all four baked gluten-free mooncake classes! (also egg-free and dairy-free)

This is the first year we have gluten-free traditional mooncake classes. So many people asked us if we sell the mooncakes directly... Sorry we don't but will explore the opportunity next year!

Oven temperature is so critical to the colour of the mooncake!

Look at these mooncakes in golden colour!

 

They are delicious too. We have created vegan salted egg to replace the conventional salted egg.
