Main ingredients
畫眉草粉/ 苔麩粉
畫眉草 (又名苔麩) 是天然無麩質來自埃塞俄比亞的古老穀物,也是世界上最細小的殼物! 富礦物質鐵質和鈣質,適合缺鐵性貧血女士,味道帶有榛子和可可的味道。
Teff flour
Teff (biological name: Eragrostis tef, borrows the name "The grass of Love" in Greek) is an Ethiopian ancient grain and it has the smallest grain size in the world! Teff is naturally gluten-free and have a natural hazelnut and cocoa toasty aroma.

Sorghum flour
Sorghum flour is neutral and mild in flavour with a hint of a natural sweetness. Sorghum is naturally gluten-free ancient grain and contains minerals such as copper and Iron.
