「學生包」材料成分:材料成分:高粱粉,白米粉,苔麩粉,有機生機可可粉,木薯澱粉,馬鈴薯澱粉,黃原膠,果膠,酵母,泡打粉
無奶巧克力釘:甘蔗糖,無糖可可,可可脂

另你需要預備以下4樣材料便可上課:

1) 糖:可用白砂糖,蔗糖,椰子糖,黑糖
2) 油:可用一般食油 (山茶油,橄欖油,米糠油,花生油,菜籽油,葡萄籽油,葵花籽油等)
3) 鹽
4) 醋:可用蘋果醋,白醋,米醋

其他需要工具包括:
