Main ingredients

sorghum flour

高粱粉

高粱粉是天然無麩質的古老穀物,味道溫和甘甜,富礦物質如銅和鐵。

Sorghum flour

Sorghum flour is neutral and mild in flavour with a hint of a natural sweetness. Sorghum is naturally gluten-free ancient grain and contains minerals such as copper and Iron.

coconut flour

有機椰子粉

以未添加糖的椰子精細研磨乾燥而成,天然無麩質和帶甜味,富含膳食纖維。

Organic Coconut flour

Made by finely ground dried unsweetened coconut with about 80% of its fat removed. Coconut flour is naturally gluten free and has natural sweetness.
