Buckwheat Flour
Buckwheat is not a wheat and belongs to the group pseudocereals. Naturally gluten free, contains higher levels of copper which benefits heart health, manganese which benefits metabolism, and rutin which is a bioflavonoid thought to help control blood pressure and prevents blood from clotting.

(請你查看是否含有不能吃的致敏源,請自行考慮。由於每樣材料在食譜中都有各自的作用,恕不能提供個別材料轉換。)
「學生包」材料成分:蕎麥粉, 椰子粉, 木薯澱粉, 泡打粉
另你需要預備以下5樣材料便可上課:
1) 糖:可用白砂糖,蔗糖,椰子糖,黑糖,羅漢果代糖,甜菊糖
2) 油:可用一般食油 (山茶油,橄欖油,米糠油,花生油,菜籽油,葡萄籽油,葵花籽油等)
3) 植物奶:可用杏仁奶,米奶,椰子奶,開心果奶,豆奶,榛子奶等; 如可飲用牛奶也可用牛奶
4) 鹽
5) 橙
