Buckwheat is not a wheat and belongs to the group pseudocereals. Naturally gluten free, contains higher levels of copper which benefits heart health, manganese which benefits metabolism, and rutin which is a bioflavonoid thought to help control blood pressure and prevents blood from clotting.
