Gluten-free Dumpling Party 無麩質餃子派對

Thank you, everyone, that came to our Easter special event: parent-child allergy-friendly lunch and dumpling party!

 

This event was in partnership with a social enterprise, Sowergift Kitchen, to support job opportunities for deaf or people with hearing loss.

 

At arrival, the adults enjoyed a 3-course allergy-friendly lunch and the kids had a special DIY meal set. Sowergift Kitchen also arranged a session to teach sign languages with their staff. 

 

 

After lunch, the dumpling class officially starts! 

Bonnie first demonstrated how to make the gluten-free (dairy-free & egg-free also) dumpling skin. Then all the students were back to their tables and start making their masterpieces :)
