Happy Monday making freefrom PIZZA! (GF, DF, EF) 快樂星期一無敏薄餅班! (無麩質 無蛋奶)
We just had our first hands-on allergy-friendly pizza class on Monday! It was a cozy and happy baking class!
All students got to learn how to make their own pizza crust following a recipe that is free of the top 5 allergens: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and soy-free.
After an hour of fermentation and baking, here is the pizza crust! It is slightly crispy on the outside but soft inside - just like a bread. (No cardboards!)
Then it's the creative time! Each one decorate their own pizza. All salami, ham and sauce we selected for the night are gluten-free. There was also a selection of normal cheese and dairy-free cheese.
Look at these beautiful pizza - allergy-friendly but still taste so good!
