快速麵包 (Quickbread) 是指不用酵母或雞蛋為膨鬆劑發酵的麵包,稱為「快速」是因為它們必須在材料混合後立即烘烤或煮熟,不用發酵。
香蕉麵包 (Banana Bread) 是最經典的快速麵包。在香港,由於快速麵包的質感偏向像蛋糕,故也有人稱香蕉麵包為香蕉蛋糕。

食譜在經典的香蕉麵包食譜加上了三種香料,芳香美味!放心成品不是辣的,反帶著多層次的香氣和味道!

課程設計也容許根據個人喜好加入不同分量的香料,來自己創造專屬你口味的香蕉麵包吧!

Come & join this course to learn how to make moist banana quickbread! The recipe is free of the top 5 allergens - gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, nut-free and vegan-friendly!

Quickbread means any bread that does not use yeast or eggs as leavening agents. It is called "quick" because they must be baked or cooked immediately after mixing all the ingredients. Banana Bread is the most classic quickbread. However in Asia, people tend to call banana bread as "banana cake" because of its cake-like texture.

We re-created the classic banana bread recipe the addition of 3 spices - a fun twist with layers of aroma!
Don't worry. The bread is not spicy. 
And this course is designed in a way that allows you to add your preferred amount of spices!

Main ingredients

蕎麥粉

 蕎麥雖然名稱帶有「麥」字,但它其實是種子,屬於準穀物而非禾本科,常見的準穀物還有藜麥。蕎麥是天然無麩質,富含礦物質銅(有益心臟健康)﹑錳(有利於新陳代謝,生長發育)。這些礦物質的生物利用度也很高易被人體吸收。蕎麥也含有芸香醇/ 蘆丁(Rutin),可幫助防止血栓形成。

蕎麥粉有烘烤的香氣和微淡宜人的植物清草香味。

Buckwheat flour

Buckwheat is not a wheat. It belongs to pseudocereals - seeds that are consumed in the same way as cereal grains, but do not grow on grasses. Other common pseudocereals include quinoa and amaranth. Buckwheat is naturally gluten free and contains higher levels of copper (benefits heart health), and manganese (benefits metabolism, growth and development) than other cereal grains. The bioavailability of these minerals is high. Buckwheat also contains rutin, a bioflavonoid that help to control blood pressure and prevents blood from clotting.

Buckwheat has a toasty aroma with slight pleasing notes of grass and green tea.

肉桂是 (Cinnamon) 最著名的香料,撒在吐司和拿鐵上。 「肉桂」一詞其實用於描述它的棕色。肉桂具有芬芳,甜和溫暖的味道。

肉荳蔻

肉荳蔻 (Nutmeg) 又名肉蔻、肉果、玉果、麻醉果,是大部分歐洲菜廚師必備香料。
肉荳蔻具有甜和堅果的味道,及細膩的胡椒味。

小荳蔻

小荳蔻 (Cardamom) 是世界上最昂貴的香料之一。 綠荳蔻(Elettaria cardamomom)被稱為真正的荳蔻。小荳蔻最常見於中東和印度的美食。
小荳蔻具有濃郁,甜,辛辣的味道和香氣,並帶有香草柑橘香味。

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is best known as a spice, sprinkled on toast and lattes. The term "cinnamon" also is used to describe its mid-brown colour. Cinnamon has a fragrant, sweet and warm taste. 

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a seed that grows out from a tree called evergreen from the Myristica family.
Nutmegs have a sweet and nutty flavor with a subtle peppery taste.

Green Cardamon

Cardamom is one of the most expensive spices in the world. Green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomom) is known as true cardamom. Cardamom is most commonly found in middle-east and indian cuisines. 
Cardamom has a strong, sweet, pungent flavor and aroma, with hints of tangerine and mint.

每個直播課程的食譜會分為兩部分—A部分和B部分。
A部分為所有無麩質粉類,
B部分為學生需在課程前預先購買或準備的材料。

當我們收到你的報名確認後,我們會郵寄A部分預拌材料,食譜及備忘到你所填寫的地址。
你收到包裹後,請查看備忘,預備B部分的材料 (如油,植物奶等) 和工具。

Required Tools & Ingredients

Two big bowls, one fork, one spoon, electric scale, oven, baking tin that can hold at least 400g batter.

Salt

Sugar (You can choose between whtie sugar, cane sugar, coconut sugar, brown sugar, monk fruit sweetener, stevia);

Oil (You can use any edible oil like olive oil, rice bran oil, camellia oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, grapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil);

Banana.
