Each student can make 20pcs cookies with size of diameter ~3.5cm.

Sorghum flour is neutral and mild in flavour with a hint of a natural sweetness. Sorghum is naturally gluten-free ancient grain and contains minerals such as copper and Iron.

Quality matcha powder

Our Uji Matcha powder is carefully selected from Kyoto. 
The delicate aroma of the matcha and the green colour can still be preserved after baking.

每個直播課程的食譜會分為兩部分—A部分和B部分。
A部分為所有無麩質粉類,
B部分為學生需在課程前預先購買或準備的材料。

當我們收到你的報名確認後,我們會郵寄A部分預拌材料,食譜及備忘到你所填寫的地址。
